I try to make sure each day there is a grain, a protein, a dairy, a fruit/veggie, and a special treat. Monday: (left) smoked sausage, strawberries, hard boiled egg, half ww waffle, piece of cereal bar in shape of star, milk Tuesday: homemade gummies (link to recipe), pear, rice crackers, sharp cheddar and salami kabobs, water Wednesday: yogurt with bananas and granola, peach slices, turkey, water Thursday: yogurt covered blueberries, link sausage bites, tortilla with melted cheese, water Friday: Nutella sandwich, watermelon flowers, whey protein smoothie Monday: mini waffles, heart-shaped ham, cheese slices, green and red grapes, star fruit slice, 5 chocolate chips, water Tuesday: (left) muesli bread, grapes, hard boiled egg, banana and apple, cheese slices, smoked sausage, water Wednesday: Pancakes, breakfast sausage, a homemade yogurt parfait, maple syrup, an orange, some Trader Joe's yogurt stars, water Thursday: Fruit salad, small croissant, cottage cheese, orange juice Friday: cantaloupe, a heart-shaped sweet potato pancake, sage sausage, yellow cherry tomatoes, milk Monday: tangerine snail (example), slice of pizza, yogurt with sprinkles, V8 Tuesday: animal crackers, mini banana, pitted cherries, whey protein smoothie Wednesday: mini zucchini muffin, bacon, applesauce, milk Thursday: (left) strawberries and pineapple, chocolate cereal bites, crackers, ham, string cheese, tomatoes and carrots, water Friday: whole wheat toast, apple, turkey, string cheese, V8
