Saturday Dinner: Chicken tortilla soup, Anna's salad bar Sunday Breakfast: Breakfast out with family Lunch: Cashew butter and banana sandwich, pear Dinner: Roasted chicken, risotto, Greek salad Monday Breakfast: Yogurt, leftover risotto Lunch: Lunch out with colleagues Dinner: Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken, fruit salad Tuesday Breakfast: Egg, spinach and sausage wrapped in ww tortillas Lunch: Turkey, leek and cranberry tarts; green bean and hominy soup Dinner: Mini meatloaves, carrots, green beans Wednesday Breakfast: Cereal, blueberries, rice milk, wheat germ Lunch: Leftovers Dinner: Pasta with mini meatballs, vegetables and pesto Thursday Breakfast: Omelet, ww toast Lunch: Crab cakes, cashew hummus with rice chips Dinner: White bean and chicken chili, whole wheat rolls Friday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Clean-out-the Fridge Friday – will make meals from what I find in pantry, fridge and freezer.
