Breakfast: Cereal with wheat germ and blueberries Lunch: Polenta with sausage and mushrooms Dinner: Tortellini soup, beer bread Tuesday Breakfast: Breakfast out with AL Lunch: Lunch out with JC Dinner: Leftovers Wednesday Breakfast: Eggs Benedictine, fruit Lunch: Lunch out with MMcD and AW Dinner: White pizza, cucumber salad Thursday Breakfast: WW bagel with PB Lunch: Staff for lunch: Winter stew, 7-Up biscuits, cinnamon roll cookies Dinner: Grilled chicken, carrots, rice Friday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Clean-out-the Fridge Friday – will make meals from what I find in pantry, fridge and freezer.
